Where do I get the username and password for the Windows Security Popup window?

I keep getting a pop up from Windows Security asking for a username and password when I try to do things like open outlook, save my excel file, etc. I have tried my Microsoft account info and that doesn't work. I even reset my MS account pw to try a new pw.I was using all the MS products (outlook, excel, word, etc) fine and now there are problems, I think since my subscription auto renewed.Also, my emails are totally gone now, so I have to access them from the web.
