Where did Wordpad go?

Of course I know that some **** at MS made up the idea of removing Wordpad from Windows, but I thought it was a very silly joke. Unfortunately, it looks like it's not. If Edge or any other of the thousands of unused apps disappeared instead nothing would happen at all, but to remove it, a simple, quick and easy word processor it's built on its head. If there is a poll where one can vote to bring Wordpad back to Windows, please post a link, I'll add my vote there immediately. Might as well have a vote on apps that nobody wants and MS is forcing on us anyway.
