Where did all my photos/files go?

Hello. So I know I should have asked this question as this happened back in the end of 2023, but I tried everything so I’m deciding to ask on here. I have a Windows 10 computer. Basically one night (before my walk) I see a message pop up on my computer saying something about some “new update”. I didn’t know what to do and as I was in a rush I clicked proceed for this update. I come back, everything is gone. It’s like my computer reset completely! I check the files, photos, everything, it’s like a new bought computer. You see the funny thing is when I checked the bin nothing was deleted! Everyt
