Where can I get Internet Explorer addons in 2024, and how cam I make IE work with modern sites?

I never stopped using Internet Explorer, and I haven't had many problems. There aren't really any security issues or anything, it's just slightly slow. Nowadays, I have trouble connecting to sites because IE isn't supported anymore. How can I get around that?
