Where can i find RAM size history. Somebody changed my RAM and i need to see the history ?

Where can I find RAM size history? Someone changed my RAM, and I need to see the history. Please help. Someone asked a similar question earlier, but the resolution was not properly provided.I had given my laptop to the service guy, but I have doubts about him now because I purchased an 8GB RM Laptop.
