Where can I find my domain email addresses and aliases?

I have recently taken over the management of an associations emails on a volunteer basis. They have a domain emails like *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but I can not find where they reside in their Outlook account. I need to change some of the aliases because the players have changed. I have read a number of articles and they talk about signing into the admin center and navigate to users in the Microsoft Account....I can't find the Admin Center in their Microsoft Account. I appreciate any direction you can provide. Cheers!
