Where can I add timestamp server for driver code signing in visual studio 2019

Hi developers,


I recently have an issue signing my driver using GlobalSign timestamp server. I have selected the GlobalSign timestamp server in the project settings and had no problem before but now I keeps getting an error message "SignTool error : The specified timestamp server either could not be reached or returned an invalid response".


My question is how can I add more timestamp server in Visual Studio 2019 and may be how to determine if it is an issue with my network connection?
