where are my desktop icons

[Windows Server]

I synced my files with onedrive but i then uninstalled it and was able to recover my files with recyle bin, the problem is now most of my destop icons are gone.For example the fortnite destop icon is not there but when i open epic games i can still launch the game. Also all my files locations have been reset and my storage o my pc keeps changing for example it was at 100 gb free before this now its gone down to 80 then 78 each time i try and search for appsCan someone please help me and thank you
