Whenever I try to use a .msi installer, I get an error that says "Installer stopped prematurely" and I don't know how to fix it. Does anybody know how

The epic games launcher setup wizard ended prematurely because of an error and The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755. Those are the only two things that show up when I try installing every msi file and it will not allow me to run as a administrator but on the PC settings my account is registered as an administrator. I will be most grateful if somebody was to help me in this situation.
