Whenever i try to install a game my computer loses access to the internet

Hello, i have been having this problem since this morning and idk how to fix it. Its been a few days since for some reason my PC started to perform poorly internet wise, mainly in videogames. So far It had been bearable, nothing out of the ordinary, but today,when i decided to re-download "Helldivers 2", my PC started to lose connection to the internet. I thought It was a hardware issue, but i only encounter It when i try to download something from steam. I really dont now what to do. I have update drivers and i have install all the new Windows updates.THX in advance
