It looks like some settings need to be set to make Lively work: 1. Press the Win + R keys to open Run, 2. Type SystemPropertiesPerformance.exe into Run, click on "OK" to open Performance Options. 3. Enable/Check "Animate controls and elements inside windows" (If already checked, then uncheck and check) & Apply. 4. Click "Apply" then press "OK" to close the window. i apply this solution many times and all the windows i have update but this issue don't solve.
