whenever i play any game on my laptop it crashes please help....!!!

whenever i play games it crashes after 30 second or a minute sytem freezes there or it restart .i have reinstalled the nvidia gpu driver also i have uninstall the microsoft games service but there is no improvment.i am using laptop of acer aspire 7
