Whenever I open my PC (Windows 11) I can't see any of the apps

I can still see the background, and everything works like it should, but no one of the apps appear on my desktop, I haven't tried anything since I don't know what I could even do. I am sorry if there isn't enough information, I can explain more in another reply (In case you are wondering, The desktop only has the background but nothing on it, And the taskbar works as it should)
