Whenever I open my laptop , a popup appears to download a .NET version?

1) So from past few days I am encountering a problem that a popup is appearing which says "HPAudioSwitch.exe could not be started and require a following version of .NET to be installed v4.5.1" and when clicking yes it redirects to Microsoft website to download the latest version of .NET which is 4.8.1 which I have already installed and when I am trying to download/install the version 4.5.1 that popup was saying to download , it says "You cant download a old version as a new version has already been installed".Secondly, I am installing a new application Discord and it is getting an error "Up
