Whenever I go to my control panel there is no setting for speech recognition, I have opened ease of access, I have also set it to sort by large/small icons it just doesnt show on my computer. Voice access works I have enabled the voice settings, I have restarted my computer multiple times but it still isnt there. Not sure what I am supposed to do. Any help with this?
