Whenever I connect to my internet, it always says: "No Internet, Secured." How do I fix this?

Windows 11 Laptop. My internet still works completely fine on apps like Google and Steam, however it causes issues with apps like Microsoft Store, Minecraft, and Spotify. Every time I try to disconnect from the WiFi and turn it back on, it always becomes stuck on the "Checking network requirements" message. Whenever I click off of this, that's when it says "No Internet, Secured." Like I said, my internet works fine while this issue is occurring for most apps. There are just certain ones that do not work. I also have tried restarting the router/modem many times to no avail. Please help me with
