Whenever I click my mouse around it highlights 2 or 4 characters.

It doesn’t happened inside of websites but only inside of word documents and other windows applications or even the search bar. Because of this i can’t click between words or even spaces inside of individual words. Can someone please help?Video link here: Watch unnamed | Streamable
