When will WIndows 11 allow taskbar placement?

When will we be allowed to move our taskbar to the left hand side of the screen in Windows11? Not align it but move it. This is critical to work flow and why remove it? If there is a valid reason (can't see why) please explain @Microsoft.Thank youThis image is from Windows10.
