When will users get a fix for the Network folder bug?

[Windows 11]

All my home network devices are visible.After I click the refresh button or after some extended period of time the local Windows 11 Home device (laptop) disappears. That being LAPTOP2 in the image below.In order to bring it back into view I have to go to the following setting and disable then enable Network Discovery.Now LAPTOP2 is back
