When will there be a setting to move the taskbar to the top of the screen???

Windows 10 was better...I have four monitors, three on the same level, and the fourth beneath the middle of the three. My keyboard blocks the view of the bottom of the monitor where the taskbar location is for my main display, the fourth monitor, and the taskbar location at the top of each monitor was much better for my setup. Please hurry up and fix! This is a ridiculous oversight that has other threads on this topic. Why no fixed yet!!
