When using MS Designer Compact Keyboard, bluetooth is not switching properly.

* This inquiry is regarding Microsoft Designer Compact Keyboard. I guess this issue is due to the hardward problem *Out of Bluetooth channels 1, 2, and 3, only channel 3 is working. Channels 1 and 2 cannot connect.When I press the Bluetooth button, channel 3 starts blinking, and only devices like my iPhone or MacBook can recognize and connect to it. However, even channel 3 does not appear as a device on my Windows 11 laptop.As suggested online, I tried pressing the Function + Bluetooth key.
