When using 1 ram stick my PC runs fine. When adding a 2nd identical Ram stick I get a BSOD. Any ideas?

Hey all, hope your day is going well.Recently my PC has been encountering numerous BSOD issues that have randomly started to appear. The PC ran fine before, but now when my 2nd Ram stick is inserted, I get a slew of BSOD errors. I bought the PC in 2020 and it has worked flawlessly until this point. My specs are: GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2904 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)Motherboard: B460M DS3H AC-Y1Ram: Oloy DDR4 Ram 16gb (2x8gb) 3000 MHzIt was a pre-built from ABS.
