When updating Windows 10 to version 22H10 the update will not complete and still asks for re-start. How can I fully install this update?

I'm using Windows 10 Home and I've recently updated to version 22H10 but the update will not complete.I've tried "update and shut down" and "update and restart" several times without success.Is there a fix for this problem?
