When trying to "sign in to continue app experiences across devices" it shows a different email that doesn't belong to me

I have a Maingear Element laptop that I don't use much. I bought it like 2.5 years ago at Microcenter and it came with Win 10 but "upgraded" to 11 some months ago. Today I had some problems with my wifi and while looking at settings I found this "Sign in with your Microsoft account to continue app experiences across your devices". When I click on sign in it shows the popup window with an email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) that doesn't belong to me. Where can I delete that account and change it to mine?*I wish I could add screenshots but this page's giving me an error when trying to
