When signing on to Windows 11 my wife is being asked for biometrics/pin on an outlook email address that she don't use. She can't sign in.

When trying to sign in on her Windows 11 HP laptop she is being asked for pin or biometrics for an Outlook email address that she doesn't use. How can she access her account? It doesn't give her the ability to type in her password in to launch the machine. She has been locked out for a week. Suggestions on how to get access to the computer. She is trying to finish wedding shower cards for a friend, adding extra stress. Guidance would be appreciated. She tried forgot password on that account. It put her in a 24/48 hour security review that was 4 days ago.
