when settings opens the home section in settings sometimes takes much time to load.

I recently updateed my Windows from 22H2 to 23H2. When I turn on Settings, there is a Home section in Settings. It takes much time to load the Home section interface. Although sometimes it loads much more quickly, almost instantly, other times it takes 30 seconds or more to load the interface. So my question is: Is something going wrong with my device, or are there some problems in the OS files?
