when saving a file, date and time in file explorer "date modified" don't update. When i highlight the updated file and click properties, the correct "modified" date and time are shown, and in the setting section, everything as set as advised in previous responses to this question. What more can i do? PS: i just discovered that if i close file explorer and then open, the correct time for the "date modified" shows, but leaving file explorer minimized and updating a file, the new time doesn't show unless i close and reopen -- is there any way to have modified time change without closing
