When right clicking on my printer in "Devices and printers" the only options are Layout and Paper/Quality.

When right clicking on my printer in "Devices and printers" the only options are Layout and Paper/Quality. The other tabs, Advanced, Printing Shortcuts, Services, etc. are not showing. How do I get these to be added?First image is my current options - second image is what all the videos I watch show when trying to add a label size to my Rollo printer.
