When joining a voice call / channel in discord all windows audio is muted.

Hello!Since some time ago I've been experiencing audio issues when joining either a call or a voice channel in discord. I am unsure if this problem exists in any other apps. As soon as I join a discord call / channel all audio from other applications and windows itself seems to be muted. The audio returns to the usual whenever I disconnect from the call / channel. I've found a workaround, but I find it tedious: Basically I hit win+R : mmsys.cpl to open audio settings. Go into properties of the audio device. Activate then immediately deactivate "Enable audio enhancements" under the Advanced tab
