when im trying to log into my account it says im not connected to the internet

so im trying to log into my administrator microsoft account but everytime i try it says that im not connected to the internet and comes up with error code 0x800704cf and when i look the code up nothing helpful comes up. i have been trying to sort this out for about 3 years now and havent managed to fix it. i am able to sign into the account on my phone and my friends pc but mine doesnt want to work.
