When I type letters it replaces it with something elsez

Hello, my keyboard has been having some issues lately with some of its keys. I'm a Windows 11 user and are using an elitebook 840 g6.PROBLEMThe issue is that whenever I try to type the letters/number 9, o, l, (, Period (.), it replaces it with a 1, !, q, a, z(I've been copy and pasting the symbol down)WHAT I'VE TRIEDI've been in device manager and have tried to update the keyboard and have also been in settings on language and region trying to remove and add my language.Edit: my windows button turns down the lighting
