When I turn on my laptop it works perfectly fine for 1 minute then the next minute I can’t click anything.

Hello my name is Robert,Every time when I turn on my laptop it works perfectly fine for 1 minute then the next minute I can’t click anything. I try clicking on the apps in the taskbar nothing works. I can’t even close programs the only way I can restart my computer is if I press the shutdown button on my laptop. It was working perfectly fine a couple days ago now it’s all weird because someone help me please.
