When I try to update my windows 7 professional laptop, the progress bar will get stuck at 0 and fail to update.

I've already tried restarting my laptop but it wont work. I'm trying to install update KB4534310 so I'm able to play Roblox. I'm not sure how to screenshot it. I get the error KB4534310 when I try to launch roblox. It says its a version error and my computer is too outdated. It fails to install updates when I go to the update menu in the control panel.
