When I try to update my windows 10 it says missing file and gives me a error code which is (0x80070003)

I've been working on fixing my pc for awhile now and it first started when I tried updating it to upgrade into an 11 but it says missing file with a error code (0x80070003), So I've been looking on the internet and Windows Community to figure out what the problem is, One website said that I need to manually download the update off of Microsoft Windows page which I tried but it said "Sorry but we're having trouble determining if your pc can handle Windows 10", The page also said I could find the update that failed and download that update.Someone please help me, Thanks.
