When I try to open Roblox this error shows up "failed to load library: urlmon.dll" how do I fix it?

This error started one day after I restarted my PC, everything was working fine before. When I try to open roblox this error shows up on the screen. I have tried to reboot my PC, I contacted Roblox support, and run a troubleshooter but nothing seems to work.
