When i try to open my microsoft store this appears "Contact your system administrator for more info."

i installed W11 this past saturday, all went pretty well till it started to do weird things, i cant open my Microsoft store due the comented problem with the Contact your system administrator for more info. I dont have an UAC to let my system know its not a threat to the computer itself, the other problem i have is that i dont have a recycle bin, since i installed W11 that i dont have a way to recover things i miss delete(havent happen yet but it always could happen lmao)
