When I try to edit a Windows .txt file, Windows 11 states that it cannot find the file (in an error message).

EVERYONE: I SOLVED THIS. MY NOTEPAD.EXE WAS CORRUPT. I DOWNLOADED A NEW ONE FROM THE INTERNET AND ALL IS WELL. THANKS!It also says to make sure you have typed the name correctly and try again. It does this for all text files in all folders on my drive. I, of course, have done this. I have also noticed that the "Edit with Notepad" option is no longer available when I right-click on the files. I have done the following and the error still persists:1.
