I'm having a black screen that appears with after I log in....Also...When I try to hit Ctrl alt del the task manager is not showing up.Also... When I try to go back to home screen to restart the computer with the on screen power option...that doesn't show the regular(shutdown/restart/etc).Also...When I start up the my computer and when I hit esc for startup menu.then I hit system recovery...my computer start REGULAR back to sign in screen....not going to system recovery options..??.....Also...I try to hit esc in startup screen but there's is no option for safe mode(even with hitting f5/f6...Su
