When I start my pc and windows loads it says “something happened and your pin isn't available. Click to setup your pin again.”

I used this article I found to perform a clean boot but when my pc restarted I just got that message “something happened and your pin isn't available. Click to setup your pin again.”when I click on my only option of setup my pin nothing happens and its like I didn't click it at all
