When I pressed f12 only 1 monitor shows the other isnt showing until its at the windows login

I updated my GPU and even used the DDU method to clean the drivers for a fresh install. I have a second monitor because sometimes my primary monitor does not display anything during startup. I disabled fast boot, and the monitor only seems to come on at the Windows login screen, while the other monitor shows the Alienware logo and everything else.
