when i plug my gamepad in my game crushes on opening

i'm trying to play fifa 22 but this problem is not only on it i tried to open game without controller nothing happened but either way which i plug in and open it it crushes when the fifa 22 title showed op on screen or when i plug it in while game is open game just closes itself and i don't know what to do
