When I hover over a certain software in the system tray of Windows 10, the software name appears as garbled characters

When I hover over a certain software in the system tray of Windows 10, the software name appears as garbled characters.I installed the same program on my friend computer and it displays correctly. So how can I fix my computer?. I changed locale language and system display language none of them work.
