When I go to the "change settings that are currently unavailable" screen there is NO Sleep option to select.

Split from this thread. When I go to the "change settings that are currently unavailable" screen there is NO Sleep option to select. Why would Microsoft eliminate the option to command the PC to sleep? Why did this work for others but not me?
