i was tring to use all of my ram as only 8gb was being used out of the 16gbs i have and i logged back in to find out that something is wrong with my pin i have looked online and people say u have to enter command prompt to fix this issue i have been trying to reset my password for days and today i have but when i put it into command prompt it says my passord is wrong i have also tried to restard my computer through bios but i have fast boot enabled so i cant enter my bios can anyone help?
