When I clean install windows 10, it says my primary partition or my C: drive is not used and free total space but, in File Explorer is 452.7 gb used?

When I clean install windows 11, it says my primary partion or my C: drive is not used and free total space but, in my File Explorer is 452.7 gb used? How to fix this? for some reason it shows my primary as no storage used or the total storage used is 0. I am facing a similar situation as this user: Redirecting did a test where I placed a document in my downloads folder and reinstalled windows 10 normally.
