When I am extracting files with Winrar, I am by default shown the OneDrive versions of my Documents/Pictures folder

As I said in the title, when I am extracting files and choosing a location for said files, I am shown the OneDrive versions of my Pictures and Documents folder by default and not the local folders. I have already uninstalled and disabled OneDrive so I am unsure why it's still showing up on my laptop.
