When has M a (good) working fix for realtec audio drivers?

On a Lenovo thinkcentre m720s there was no sound anymore after updating from 23h2 to 24h2. Why we have to waite so long for an update???It's scandalous that M is going to force the update after 5 weeks, the world assumes that there will be a working audio fix by then! Greetings from Linus T.
