When does the free upgrade end to Windows 11?

[Windows 10]

I am running Windows 10 and my computer and system is loaded with tons of major issues far too numerous to go into.I need to upgrade to Windows 11 and want to do so before the free upgrade ends. I asked before and the only reply was that it is always a free upgrade but am not sure that is correct.So, can someone from Microsoft who knows positively, when does time run out for the free upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10 and do I need to be concerned about the issues within my current system when doing the upgrade?
