When does Congress hold Microsoft accountable?

I have been trying to contact Microsoft SUPPORT for days now. Each time I try something I am directed to the support.microsoft.com/home/contact. Each forum you read tells you this is the simplest, fastest and most efficient way to contact Microsoft and get A LIVE AGENT to help you with your problems. EXCEPT: IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. For each section/subsection you fill out you are led to THIS STUPID PAGE called "ASK THE COMMUNITY"....where you are supposed to submit your question and then millions of blockheads will add their opinions on how to fix your problem.
