when choosing a USB flash drive the screen goes blue and the computer shuts down. install windows 10 boot menu (f12)

I want to reinstall windows 10 when choosing a flash drive by f12 (boot menu), the acer logo appears and in a moment a light blue screen. After a while, the computer turns off. What is wrong?
